General Information

All data recovery procedures involve non-destructive methods. Any exceptions to this will first be cleared by you. This gives the greatest possible protection as the data is only extracted, and no attempt is made to rebuild the information onto the original media. Recovered data will be returned to you on CD Roms.

There are always, of course, instances where it is not possible to recover the data (e.g. physical damage to the media, as in catastrophic head crashes). In these cases there will be no charge, except for any return postage costs for your media

Should you only require certain files then please give as much information as possible. This may result in considerable savings as you are only charged for the data recovered. (see )
